What You’ll Do

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product quality, food safety compliance, and customer satisfaction through accurate testing and reporting.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct routine testing and accurately analyze samples for internal and external customers
  • Ensure compliance with food safety programs including GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and FDA standards
  • Calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain testing equipment and logs
  • Communicate quality, safety, and security concerns promptly to team members and leadership
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work environment
  • Perform intra-lab checks and support sanitation and safety initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in food science, chemistry, biology, or related field preferred
  • Experience in food manufacturing, laboratory testing, or quality assurance preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
