In the role of Senior Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to:聽

Pursuit Leadership

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Administer implementation of the go/no-go decision process in accordance with HDR鈥檚 Matrix of Authority

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead complex pursuits鈥攇uiding capture strategy, messaging, proposal development, and interview preparation

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead pursuit teams to deliver compelling, client鈥慺ocused materials that position HDR competitively and reflect our brand, technical excellence, and differentiators

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee quality and consistency of proposal and marketing materials, make sure materials align with corporate standards and strategic objectives

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Close out proposal and presentation materials upon submittal to maintain accurate data in our business development systems

Client Development

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead Client Development Teams, coordinating strategies, consistent engagement, and effective reporting

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Oversee financial and business development systems to inform reporting metrics and dashboards

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Monitor industry trends, client websites, procurement schedules, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Guide solicitation and application of formal client feedback to strengthen client service and capture success.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strategize and support creation of marketing collateral to support business development and recruitment efforts

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Collaborate in the development of annual and long-term strategic plans within established company direction and goals, including creating growth initiatives and prioritizing strategic investments

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support implementation of key growth initiatives and investments as defined in annual and long-term strategic plans

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support implementation of client plans, including long-term strategies to capture market share, as assigned

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Train and mentor employees on business development and marketing best practices

Brand, Content, and Thought Leadership

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support the development and publication of engaging digital content that reflects HDR鈥檚 brand and elevates our thought leadership

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead strategies that elevate HDR鈥檚 brand and technical talent with industry associations

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Plan and fulfill conference sponsorship benefits, as needed

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Lead development of engaging internal communications, including presentations, announcements, videos, and leadership messaging.

Preferred Qualifications聽
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Deep knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services
  • Ability and desire to travel and engage with others in-person

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years relevant industry experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign
  • Demonstrated "self-starter" with a history of completing projects with limited oversight聽
