We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to support our busy Parts Department. This is a hands-on, high-impact role—perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, organized, and part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
· Receive incoming parts and inventory shipments; inspect, verify, and log deliveries
· Process and ship outbound orders to customers and wholesale accounts accurately and on time
· Stock shelves, maintain bin locations, and keep the warehouse clean and organized
· Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control
· Coordinate with vendors and carriers on deliveries, pickups, and discrepancies
· Enter receipts and shipping activity into the dealership management system (DMS)
· Track special orders and report issues to the Parts Manager
· Assist with returns, warranty parts handling, and general warehouse support

What We’re Looking For
Required:
· Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory roles
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Basic computer skills (data entry, inventory tracking)
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Preferred:
· Automotive or dealership experience
· Familiarity with DealerTrack/ XTime
· Forklift experience or certification

Schedule & Pay
· Full-time, Monday–Friday
· $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
· Overtime opportunities may be available
