LUBE TECHNICIAN
Our company is seeking dedicated and skilled Lube Technicians to join our Service Department teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing fast, thorough, and quality automotive service, primarily focusing on preventative maintenance and express services. This role involves hands-on mechanical work and a commitment to customer service and shop efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform express oil changes and lubrication services with efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and communicate necessary findings to the Service Advisor.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance tasks, including tire rotations, replacements, and other minor mechanical repairs such as brake work.
- Handle tire technician duties, including mounting, balancing, and repair.
- Ensure all work is performed in a clean, professional, and safe manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must have 6 months of experience.
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to perform physical, hands-on work.
- Commitment to quality workmanship and team collaboration.
- Must be able to meet company hiring requirements for background/drug screen.
Compensation
- Compensation for this position starts at $18.00 per hour
