About You:

As the Master Electrician, you are a part of Best People. The Master Electrician will utilize our Best Systems to work closely with our customer and identify maintenance opportunities to improve manufacturing quality, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and work within a team to ensure effective execution. This role applies expertise in industrial facility maintenance to perform all work safely while setting an example for quality and laying the foundation for the team's success. This maintenance professional leads by example to uphold the company culture of 100% accountability, 100% of the time with safety as the top priority and delivering Best Results. 

What are the skills necessary for Master Electrician success?

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to manage time and priorities to assist with multiple projects
  • Excellent attention to detail, craftsmanship, and 5S

What education and experience are needed for success?

  • Master Electrician license required
  • 5 years of Industrial Maintenance experience preferred
  • Proven ability to work on both electrical and mechanical systems as needed
  • Must have a high mechanical and electrical aptitude that can be demonstrated with standardized testing / or experience.
  • Experience with Mechanical Systems, low and medium voltage (480V).  Electrical installation and troubleshooting.
  • Electrical conduit, wire, and equipment and motor installation up to 480V.
  • Experience reading Electrical Schematics for installation and troubleshooting.
  • Lighting systems installation and repair.
  • Experience performing work safely both indoors and outdoors.
  • Experience and ability to safely lift items up to 70 lbs.
  • Experience working in hot and damp environments, wearing PPE, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and standing/walking for extended periods of time.

Pre-Employment Drug Testing Notification and Policy:
  • After a conditional offer of employment, all job applicants at MacLellan Integrated Services will undergo testing for the presence of illegal drugs. 
  • Applicants will be required to submit voluntarily to a urine specimen test at a laboratory chosen by the Company. Any applicant who refuses to submit to a drug test or is suspected by the lab to have tampered with the specimen will not be considered for employment.
  • Prior to testing, an applicant will be given the opportunity to list all prescription drugs used and their purpose. All legal drugs found in a drug test result will be verified by a Medical Review Officer (MRO), who will verify that prescriptions are valid and being used at the prescribed amounts and that said amounts are reflected appropriately in the urine. 
  • Any applicant with a confirmed positive test will be denied employment.
Post-Employment Drug Testing:
  • All employees can be drug tested randomly, upon suspicion, post-accident or any other purpose allowed by law.
