Job Description

Applicants must be capable of providing excellent workmanship on a consistent basis. In addition, we approach every job as a team. We all succeed together to meet the needs of our clients. Lead carpenters must be able to lead projects, support their teams, and provide on-the-job coaching and corrections for finish and apprentice carpenters. 

$35 - $45 / Hour

Normal business hours are Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm with optional Saturday’s. Overtime is available and encouraged! 

Qualifications

Experience in the following areas is required:

• Interior finishes (doors, millwork, crown molding, cabinetry)
• Custom bathrooms
• Basement build-outs
• Framing: floors, walls, roofs, stairs
• Exterior finishes: decks, railings, fascia, soffits, siding, windows, doors

Additional Certifications (must be in-hand or completed within 3 months of hire):

• OSHA 30 - required
• HIC - optional
• CSL - optional
• Thermatru Certification - required
• Hilti - optional
• Lead Paint - optional
