Sonic Summary

SynQor is hiring a full-time soldering operator for the 1st shift, working Monday to Friday from 6am to 2:30pm.
The role involves installing and soldering thru-hole components in a high mix environment while following assembly drawings and process instructions.
Candidates should have familiarity with IPC-A-610 guidelines and previous experience in an electronic manufacturing environment is preferred.
Basic computer skills, the ability to read English, and attention to detail are required, along with a willingness to learn.

Position Description:

SynQor is seeking a full-time soldering operator on 1^st shift (M-F, 6am-2:30pm) who will be responsible for installing and soldering thru-hole components in a high mix environment.

Responsibilities:

Follow assembly drawings and process instructions to solder thru-hole components in correct orientation on electronic assemblies.
Work with fellow coworkers to meet production demands.
Report product irregularities and/or improvements directly to supervisor.

Education and Experience:

Familiarity with IPC-A-610 guidelines. Some training provided.
Previous experience within electronic manufacturing environment preferred.
Previous thru-hole and/or surface mount soldering experience.

Required Skills:

Basic computer skills.
Able to read English.
Able to meet IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
Attention to detail.
Willingness to learn.
