Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and fluid top-offs as required
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service area
Assist service technicians with other maintenance and repair tasks as needed
Follow all safety protocols and company policies
Communicate effectively with customers regarding services performed

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
