The Salina Country Club is seeking an experienced and personable Bartender to provide excellent beverage service to our members and guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, skilled in mixology, and committed to delivering a memorable experience. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to members and guests
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies and manage stock rotation
• Work closely with restaurant staff to ensure a seamless service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked bar area

Qualifications: 

• Must be 21 yrs of age or older
• Proven experience as a Bartender in a high-end restaurant or club environment
• Extensive knowledge of drink mixing and garnishing techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent organizations skills and attention to detail
