Join us as aĀ Client Project Coordinator, whereĀ you’llĀ provide critical administrative and coordination support to our Project Management team. In this on-site role,Ā you’llĀ act as a liaison between project management and sample receiving/log-in to ensure smooth intake, setup, and execution of client work.Ā 

Ā 

WhatĀ You’llĀ DoĀ 

Ā 

  • Oversee, review, complete, and process project management forms, documents, databases, and related informationĀ Ā 

  • Serve as a liaison for client project needs, providing guidance and recommended actions to internal Pace® teams to ensure successful project setupĀ Ā 

  • Direct client calls and requests to theĀ appropriate ProjectĀ Manager for follow-upĀ Ā 

  • Schedule and enter bottle orders into the container order system based on client sample needsĀ Ā 

  • Review login dashboards and update information and confirmations as neededĀ Ā 

  • AssistĀ with project management and cross-functional initiatives, including budgets, timelines, materials, staffing, and project requirementsĀ Ā 

  • Interpret and apply department policies and procedures;Ā assistĀ with compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations with guidance as neededĀ Ā 

  • Contribute to departmental efficiency by offering suggestionsĀ for improvementsĀ 

  • Promote Pace’s mission through professional, courteous, and cooperative interactions with clients and coworkersĀ

WhatĀ You’llĀ BringĀ 

Ā 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, chemistry, biology, or a closely related fieldĀ Ā 

  • One (1) year of customer service experienceĀ Ā 

  • Or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experienceĀ 

  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and task prioritizationĀ
