An energetic young woman who enjoys being on the go is looking for an innovative and creative mentor (DSP/1:1 support staff) to work one on one with her. She is looking for someone to help work on her goals of increasing her communication skills, growing her independence, and learning positive coping strategies to assist her with navigating stressful situations. She is looking to work with a DSP who has patience, is flexible with change, confident, reliable, and comfortable working for people with special needs. The ideal candidate has some experience working with individuals who require support with learning coping strategies to help with emotional regulation and managing sensory issues. Days/Hours of Work Tuesday (8:30 AM - 4:30 PM)  Pay rate: $23 per hour when providing direct support. The hourly rate for indirect/training is $16 per hour.
