Job DetailsJob Location: Liverpool - Syracuse, NY 13088Position Type: Per DiemEducation Level: NoneSalary Range: $22.00 - $22.00 HourlyRespite Direct Support Professional - JLF/EM A 23-year-old male in the Liverpool area is seeking a Direct Support Professional to assist him with community outings and home-based activities of his choice.  The DSP will provide consistent encouragement, ensure safety, and help create meaningful, engaging routines that build confidence and autonomy. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, and energetic, with a supportive and engaging approach. You should feel comfortable participating in community activities, trying new experiences together, and helping him explore his interests. While experience working with people with disabilities is helpful, it is not required—what matters most is creativity, compassion, and a genuine commitment to empowering others to thrive. The hours are flexible: 10 hours a week. The pay rate is $22 an hour. Location: Liverpool, NY Qualifications Must have a valid drivers license  Effective communication and organizational skills required. Flexibility with assignments and schedule required. Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time. Experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities preferred. Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
