• SALINAS, CA 93905 - 5 year old little boy with congenital heart defect, gtube dependent and has a managed seizure disorder. Nurses responsibilities include providing all ADL's, administering all ordered medications and feeds via gtube, manage all gtube related care and provide all pulmonary care including oral suctioning, breathing treatments and vest treatments. Needing: WEEKDAYS 2 HRS 3X P/WK & SAT 8-4PM
• SALINAS, CA 93905 - 2 year old girl with neonatal diabetes mellitus requiring a continues insulin pump, is gtube dependent, and O2 dependence. Nurses responsibilities include providing all ADLs, managing and monitoring all diabetic needs and medications, managing gtube medications and feeds and all gtube related care along with all pulmonary care including breathing treatments and oral suctioning. Needing: DAYS FRI, SAT, SUN, & NOCS W, TH, F, SAT, SUN
• SALINAS, CA 93906 -2 year old little boy with developmental delay, seizure disorder, and gtube dependence. Nurses responsibilities include providing all ADLs, administering all medications and feedings via gtube, along with all pulmonary needs including oral suctioning and breathing treatments. Needing: M-F 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
• CASTROVILLE, CA 95012 - 2 year old little girl with a primary diagnosis of short bowel syndrom that is gtube and central line dependent. Nurses responsibilites include providing all ADLs, managing gtube care including feeds, medications, providng all pulmonary care as ordered. Supervisory RN and parents manages all central line care! Needing: THURS - SAT 12 HOURS PER DAY
• GREENFIELD, CA 93927 - 2 year old little boy with seizure disorder, chronic respiratory failure, dysplasia that is gtube and nocturnal bipap dependent. Nurses responsibilities include providing all ADLs, administering all medications and feeds via gtube, providing all gtube related care, along with providing all pulmonary related care including bipap management, breathing treatments and oral suctioning. Needing: M-TH NOCS 9PM- 7AM

Qualifications

• LVN license in the state of California
• Proficiency in basic life support and patient care
• Ability to assess and provide nursing care to pediatric patients
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy
• Willingness to work in home health settings

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs, administering basic life support as needed.
• Manage tube feeding, and medication administration, while maintaining accurate electronic health records.
• Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on health management and safety practices.
