In this unique role, you'll combine hands-on caregiving with meaningful life enrichment, supporting individuals living with memory loss through personal assistance, engaging activities, and genuine relationship-building. If you're passionate about making a difference and creating positive daily experiences, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans and facility policies Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition Assist with meal service, feeding when necessary, and encourage proper nutrition and hydration Maintain accurate documentation of care and services provided Foster a positive, respectful, and supportive environment for residents Engage and lead residents in social, recreational, and therapeutic activities Follow all safety, infection control, and emergency procedures QualificationsRequired: High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and assisting residents with mobility Required Skills and Abilities: Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting preferred Knowledge of dementia care and senior support best practices Positive attitude and enthusiasm Strong observation and problem solving skillsĀ  Creative and engaging when leading activities and encouraging participationĀ  Strong communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated compassion, patience, and reliability Ability to work independently and with a team to accomplish tasksĀ  Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
