Key Responsibilities: - Perform routine cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming in resident rooms and common areas. - Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored safely and appropriately. - Change linens and make beds in resident rooms, ensuring a tidy and comfortable living space. - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and floors. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. - Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed. - Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. - Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, addressing any specific cleaning requests or concerns. - Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation within the facility. - Participate in training sessions and meetings to stay informed about new cleaning techniques and safety guidelines.QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Experience: - Previous housekeeping experience in a healthcare or senior living environment is preferred. - Experience working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on customer service.
