Key Responsibilities

As an Assembler, you will assist the Manager and team with:

  • Assembling products using detailed instructions while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Prepping parts, building sub-assemblies, and assembling pump/motor systems
  • Fastening pumps, motors, valves, and components using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, and other hardware
  • Accurately recording lot codes of components used in assemblies
  • Tracking inventory and documenting completed assemblies
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Supporting additional tasks as assigned


Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who bring:

  • Ability to read and follow shop sheets and assembly instructions
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience or ability to manage and maintain inventory levels
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills
  • Experience using power tools and hand tools safely
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
