What You'll Be Doing
 
- Safely operate a dump truck to transport aggregate and construction materials to designated locations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance concerns.
- Load, haul, and unload materials while following safety, traffic, and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members.
- Support plant, quarry, and jobsite operations while promoting a strong safety culture.
 
What Are We Looking For
 
- Valid Class A Driver's License
- Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy commercial vehicles in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and identify basic maintenance needs.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
- Dependable work ethic with the capability to manage responsibilities independently and efficiently.
 
Conditions of Employment
 
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
 
Work Environment
 
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
