This leadership role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting functions, supporting financial reporting, maintaining internal controls, and supervising accounting team members while partnering closely with the Controller. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise accounting, accounts payable, and payroll/benefits teammates. Ensure accurate and timely monthly closings, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.  Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial statements and annual audits. Establish and maintain financial systems and controls that ensure data integrity and compliance. Support special projects, financial analysis, and management reporting initiatives. Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to support organizational goals. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including managerial experience.  Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
