Best-One Tire & Service in Chariton is looking for a Front Counter Sales Associate who knows how to turn great service into lasting customer relationships. In this role, you鈥檒l help customers find the right tires and automotive solutions, explain recommended repairs, follow each job through completion, and keep the front counter running smoothly. If you have at least one year of tire and automotive service experience, a proven background in sales or management, and a passion for creating Raving Fans, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do as a Front Counter Sales Associate:
路 Sells tires at retail price with road hazard, valves, balance, and disposal.
路 Notifies customer of problems discovered in vehicle inspection and sells solutions.
路 Follows up on all work done for a customer, not just tires sold.
路 Knowledgeable about product in stock and shop capabilities.
路 Knows and follows all prescribed policies and paperwork procedures (invoicing, credit, etc.).
路 Learns products sold by both employer and competitors.
路 Performs other duties, from time to time, as assigned by the supervisor.
What we're looking for:聽
路 Sales and/or management experience with a proven track record
路 Minimum 1 year experience in the tire and automotive service industry
路 At least 18 years of age
路 Valid driver鈥檚 license required
路 High school diploma or equivalent
路 Ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
