Residential Rehabilitation Program Registered Nurse

Full‑Time Professional
Location: Salisbury, MD and surrounding counties
Salary Range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually
Schedule: 4-day, 36 hour work week (Monday–Thursday)

 

Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Registered Nurse Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse for the Residential Rehabilitation Program will be responsible for collaborating with rehabilitation/treatment plans and staff in serving the client’s needs. Complete all regulatory documentation of client treatment and share information in a timely manner with other professionals working with client, both with the staff and, with client permission, outside agencies. This is a full-time position.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality treatment and coordination of care.
  • Review and ensure the doctors’ orders are being followed by members.
  • Confirm medication compliance and medications are refilled timely.
  • Provide health promotion and training as requested.


Qualifications, Education and Experience:

  • Credentials as Registered Nurse (RN) authorized under Health Occupations Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, with current license and insurance or at least two years’ clinical experience and plans to achieve credentials above.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a teamwork environment.
  • Highly developed organizational and communication skills.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Privileged to carry out all duties, including client treatment coordination.
  • Valid full driver’s license with a safe driving record.
