Job DetailsJob Location: Tri-County Council TCCF - Salisbury, MD 21804Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 HourlyJob Category: Automotive  Summary Performs routine maintenance and repairs of facilities and grounds. This position requires the following Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Facility and grounds maintenance and repairs Basic carpentry and drywall Lightbulb and HVAC filter replacement Power washing of vehicles, buildings, parking lot, bus shelters, sidewalks, trash cans, etc Bus shelter installation and maintenance Indoor and outdoor painting Cleaning and maintaining parking lots  Minor plumbing and electrical repairs Facilities maintenance and cleaning; i.e. gutters, trash collection, grass cutting & trimming, shrub trimming, and tree trimming Assist with snow and debris removal, as needed Supervisory Responsibilities This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities. Language Skills Intermediate skills- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Mathematical Skills Basic skills – Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Reasoning Ability Intermediate skills – Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills Any software utilized for maintaining and repairing agency vehicles. Any other Shore Transit or Tri-County Council software that is required.
