Position Overview
We are seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Support Travel Advisor. This role combines client service, vacation research, and reservation coordination to help travelers confidently plan experiences that match their preferences, schedules, and budgets.
You will work directly with clients to understand their vacation needs, research suitable options, assist with booking arrangements, and provide ongoing support throughout the planning process. No previous travel industry experience is required, and training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with clients to understand their destination interests, vacation preferences, dates, and budgets
- Research and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, and other vacation options
- Present relevant recommendations based on individual client requests
- Assist with coordinating reservations through approved supplier and booking platforms
- Review confirmations, traveler information, and reservation details for accuracy
- Respond to client questions and provide timely updates throughout the planning process
- Assist with routine booking modifications and service-related requests
- Maintain organized client records, communications, and reservation documentation
- Stay current on destination information, supplier offerings, promotions, and booking procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and team development
