In this role, you would be responsible for assembling, modifying, and reworking printed circuit cards in a high-mix, low-volume lab environment to support prototype and small-batch builds. You would perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components, operating surface mount machines, coating, rework, and touch-up using standard assembly tools, equipment, and work instructions. You would also verify workmanship to applicable quality standards; document build issues and collaborate with engineering to resolve design or manufacturability concerns.

Essential Functions:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Complete circuit card assembly operations on various electronic products, while ensuring compliance with required performance specifications
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work from both oral and written instructions, engineering drawings, blueprints, supporting surface mount and thru-hole circuit cards and their applicable components
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Document assembly data and results; Provide documentation of failed products
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work under a microscope for long periods of time
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Support OT as needed to meet schedule requirements and business needs
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Obtain COMSEC training

Qualifications:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience, or 2 years post-Secondary/associate鈥檚 degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to obtain security clearance as required
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 IPC 610, J-STD, and Space addendum certifications required

Preferred Additional Skills:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledgeable with Microsoft suite and personal computing devices
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficient in multiple electronics manufacturing processes, including soldering, hand tools, and ESD practices
