You will lead data analysis efforts, ensure data governance, and drive operational and analytical excellence through high-level data strategies. This role requires significant expertise in both data management and business operations to align data initiatives with long-term organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead efforts to define, refine, and align key business metrics with strategic objectives, working closely with senior business leaders. Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Present actionable insights to senior leadership to guide decision-making. Lead the translation of complex business requirements into detailed documentation, including metric definitions, data flows, and reporting specifications. Identify inefficiencies in existing data processes and lead optimization efforts to enhance data utilization and stewardship across the organization. Ensure adherence to data governance standards, promoting consistency in metric definitions and reporting across the company. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data policies, workflows, and best practices, and lead training sessions for business users on data tools and processes. Lead and contribute to high-level data-centric projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Advanced certifications in data analysis or data governance (e.g., CDMP, CBIP) are a plus. Experience: 4-6+ years of experience working in a data-centric role with a focus on defining and managing business metrics, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Strong expertise in data governance, data quality management, and experience working with large-scale data workflows. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data analysis and visualization tools.
