Job Summary

We are seeking an Associate Digital Product Manager with experience in product delivery, regulatory compliance, and data-driven product development. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into product capabilities, manage product backlogs, and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards within the financial services domain.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement a product and regulatory roadmap aligned with the platform vision.

  • Work with product managers and business teams to define capabilities, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

  • Translate business and regulatory requirements into well-defined product functionalities.

Agile Product Delivery

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog with stakeholders.

  • Facilitate Agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release management.

  • Track delivery performance, remove roadblocks, and ensure timely product releases.

  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment with evolving regulatory requirements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with engineering, compliance, marketing, and business teams.

  • Communicate project updates, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities, gaps, and improvement areas in product features and workflows.

Risk, Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure product development aligns with regulatory and compliance standards in the financial services industry.

  • Support audit readiness and regulatory documentation.

  • Maintain documentation for controls, processes, and compliance activities.

Data & Technical Collaboration

  • Collect, analyze, and convert raw data into insights usable by business and data teams.

  • Write SQL/PLSQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

  • Work with APIs and integration frameworks for data sourcing and sharing.

  • Collaborate with engineering teams on data ingestion pipelines and analytics solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management or Digital Product Delivery.

  • Experience working in financial services or banking environments.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and financial regulations.

  • Proven experience working in Agile / Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environments.

  • Experience writing product capabilities, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Technical Skills

  • SQL / PL-SQL and complex data queries

  • API integrations and data exchange

  • Data analysis and data literacy concepts

  • Basic programming knowledge (JSON, XML, Python)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience launching digital products in collaboration with engineering teams.

  • Knowledge of data ingestion pipelines and analytics frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, data privacy, and financial compliance.
