Responsibilities:

Greet all guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes, house standards, and guest preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bar tools, glassware, and equipment.
Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all alcohol service regulations.
Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and take appropriate action to promote responsible service.
Engage with guests to make recommendations, answer questions, and enhance overall experience.
Restock and rotate bar inventory as needed, ensuring product quality and freshness.
Perform all side work duties as directed by manager.
Clean tables and counters in the dining room area.
Responsible for knowing the menu to include the ingredients and preparation of specific menu items.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:

Previous bartending experience preferred, with knowledge of cocktails, beer, and wine.
Excellent communication and costumer service skills.
Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to legally serve alcohol and have valid certification or work cards.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Able to lift 40 lbs.
Comfortable with operating a cash register.
Must be able to work in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
