Business Central Developer

Beyond our bows, we’re proud to offer high quality clothing, gear, and merchandise to those who wish to wear their archery passion on their sleeve.   We are expanding our internal technology capabilities and are looking for an experienced Business Central Developer who wants to move beyond ticket-based support work and directly influence how a manufacturing business operates at scale.

What You’ll Do

You will serve as a key technical owner of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, driving development, integrations, and continuous improvement across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse operations, finance, and international business processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Designing and deploying custom Business Central extensions using AL
• Improving manufacturing workflows including MRP, BOMs, production orders, and inventory management
• Building integrations across EDI, shipping platforms, CRM, reporting tools, and other business systems
• Partnering directly with accounting and operations leaders to support costing, financial reporting, and global transactions
• Developing dashboards and analytics using Power BI and Microsoft tools
• Troubleshooting complex system and data challenges impacting real-time operations
• Identifying automation opportunities that improve efficiency across departments

 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years developing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
• Strong AL development and extension experience
• Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data migration tools
• SQL Server and data analysis experience
• Power BI or Microsoft Power Platform experience preferred
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications a plus
