We’re looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our team who is ready to take ownership of projects, build strong relationships, and help deliver high-quality construction outcomes across our organization.

Here’s what you’ll do:

Lead construction projects from planning through completion
Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
Oversee budgets, estimates, and cost controls to meet financial goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors
Serve as the main point of contact for owners, architects, and stakeholders
Partner with Superintendents to ensure jobsite progress and quality standards
Promote a culture of safety and ensure compliance with all regulations
Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders

Here’s what you’ll need:

3–5+ years of construction project management experience
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
Strong understanding of construction documents, plans, and building codes
Experience with project management software such as Procore, Primavera, or Microsoft Project
Proven leadership and communication skills
Strong budgeting and cost control experience

It would be great if you also have:

PMP or CCM certification
Experience with LEED or sustainable construction practices
Familiarity with BIM software

Physical Requirements:

Ability to walk active jobsites in varying weather conditions
Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety vest, steel-toe boots)
Ability to climb stairs/ladders and lift up to 35–50 pounds
