Your Day, In Motion

You’ll start onsite Monday–Friday (8am–6pm) by checking coverage, confirming who’s where, and making quick tweaks so the day’s outreach runs smoothly. From there, you’re bouncing between locations—touching base with EMTs, answering “quick questions” that never stay quick, and keeping an eye on how things are flowing in real time.

Midday often includes syncing with clinic teammates, reviewing notes and numbers, and smoothing out any bumps—like a supply snag or a communication gap—before it turns into a bigger issue. You’ll also stay close to what’s happening in the community so EMTs feel supported and patients experience consistent, respectful care.

By late afternoon, you’re wrapping up follow-ups, flagging training needs, and setting the next day up for a clean start.
