Position Overview
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CFO and senior leaders. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates exceptionally well, and brings strong financial literacy plus advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to the CFO while also overseeing light office management for our Salt Lake City location (10–20%).
Executive & Calendar Support
Own the CFO’s complex calendar and daily workflow.
Coordinate investor meetings, bank calls, board meetings, and cross‑functional sessions.
Manage inbox triage, flag priorities, and support follow‑through.
Prepare and submit expense reports for the CFO and COO.
Board & Governance
Lead end‑to‑end board meeting prep, materials, timelines, and board‑portal organization.
Handle board reimbursements, logistics, and communications with accuracy and discretion.
Travel & Events
Coordinate executive travel, conferences, and event logistics.
Manage registrations, itineraries, deadlines, and related expenses.
Presentations & Documentation
Build polished PowerPoint decks (financial charts, KPI dashboards, executive content).
Create Excel trackers, spreadsheets, and finance/IR support documents.
Draft internal communications and memos.
Office Management (SLC)
Serve as point of contact for facilities, vendors, supplies, and on‑site logistics.
Support visiting executives and small in‑office events.
Maintain office setup, equipment, and inventory.
Operational Excellence
Streamline workflows, improve executive processes, and support special projects.
What You Bring
5–8+ years EA experience supporting C‑suite executives.
Strong finance, accounting, or investor relations understanding.
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, charts).
Exceptional communication, judgment, and organizational skills.
Experience with board portals (e.g., Diligent) and collaboration tools is a plus.
High integrity, professionalism, and comfort handling sensitive information.
A resourceful, solutions‑oriented mindset—no task too big or small.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, fully in‑office (no remote or work‑from‑home options).
Compensation: $80,000–$90,000
