The Role
The Field Engineer is responsible for assisting the Superintendent in a hands-on, team-focused environment in all aspects of projects from startup through closeout. The Field Engineer ensures the work is completed on time, within budget, while adhering to Willmeng’s quality standards. Â
What you will accomplish
- Promoting and ensuring site safety.
- Assisting in schedule management.
- Maintaining knowledge of the day to day field operations for assigned project(s).
- Planning, coordinating, sequencing work, procurement of materials, and supervising subcontractors and vendors.
What we would like you to have
- BS or MS in Construction Engineering preferred or a BS in Engineering with relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal skills and desire to work in a collaborative environment.
- Proficient in construction software (Procore preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Access to reliable transportation (required).
