We’re seeking experienced General Managers to help establish Salt & Straw in this new market and bring our creative, community-driven vision to life. In this role, you’ll open and lead one of the first Salt & Straw scoop shops in [State], build high-performing teams from the ground up, and create a neighborhood destination guests return to again and again. You’ll play a pivotal role in launching and shaping Salt & Straw’s presence in [State]. What General Managers Do General Managers own the full success of the shop: people, operations, and guest experience.
