Heavy Equipment Operator – Wireless & Utilities (Traveling Required)

Are you an experienced equipment operator who loves life on the road and enjoys watching a project come together from the seat of an excavator? B.H. Inc. is looking for Full-Time Equipment Operators to join our fast-paced Wireless & Communications division.

• Top-Tier Pay: Earn $30.00 to $40.00/hr depending on your operational experience.
• Per Diem Provided: We take care of our traveling crews with dedicated per diem allowances.
• Great Hours: 10-hour workdays, mostly Monday through Friday, keeping your weekends open except for the occasional Saturday push.

Qualifications

We are looking for a self-driven professional who respects heavy machinery, values job-site safety, and works cleanly according to project specifications.

• Minimum of 2 years of active experience operating excavators, skid steers/loaders, and trenchers.
• Solid familiarity with safe trenching, digging, and excavation safety practices.
• Prior experience with utility plows is highly recommended but not required.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively between changing job sites.

"A Day in the Life"

As a Traveling Equipment Operator, no two weeks look exactly the same. You will move between various dynamic job sites, operating vital machinery like mini excavators, loaders, skid steers, and plows to keep underground conduit installation, pipelines, or fiber utility projects tracking on schedule.

Your daily duties will include:

• Operating excavators, skid loaders, and trenchers safely to install underground infrastructure.
• Upholding strictly safe trenching and excavation practices at all times.
• Assisting with site preparation, utility locating support, backfilling, and grading.
• Braving early mornings and changing outdoor weather conditions alongside a highly motivated crew.
