Job Description:
The Subcontract Manager is an essential member of the L3Harris Supply Chain Management team. The Subcontract Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end acquisition lifecycle of subcontracts. This acquisition lifecycle includes requirements definition, generation of Statements of Work, generation of requests for proposals, proposal evaluations, source selections, negotiations and definitization and file documentation.聽 The Subcontract Manager plays a key role in ensuring compliance to internal and Government FAR/DFAR/DPAS/CPSR Procurement Regulations, change management, invoice approvals, dispute resolution, and subcontract close-out.聽 The Subcontract Manager is the main point of contact between suppliers and program teams and provides all contractual direction.

Essential Functions:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage supplier performance in the areas of technical scope, schedule, and cost and generate scorecards.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Apply expertise in project management in managing complex, sole sourced, custom RF system purchases or development subcontracts.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Cost Account Manager for key subcontractors managing Supplier Earned Value Reporting and variance reporting.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Navigate and apply FAR/DFARS regulations and internal procedures for compliance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Follow strategic direction set by program and functional leadership.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Supply market analysis, solicitations, fact-finding & source selection.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Manage and report subcontract status to leadership teams
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Perform Cost/Price Analysis, develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Motivated self-starter well versed in the Purchasing and Subcontract Process Flow.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Experience executing and managing multiple contract types.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Able to communicate effectively with a wide array of professional levels and functions.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
Qualifications:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 5 years experience negotiating cost elements, price, schedule and terms & conditions
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 5 years experience with various DoD Program lifecycles. (development, production, post-production)
