Position: Full-Time

Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time LCSW to provide accessible care through telehealth. You will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, and guide them through treatment plans designed to support real-life progress. This role offers a structured weekday schedule and a clear focus on clinical care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver scheduled virtual therapy sessions
• Perform assessments and gather clinical information
• Create individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing therapy and support
• Document sessions and maintain records
• Help clients develop practical coping tools
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other providers
• Ensure compliance with all clinical standards

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active LCSW license in Utah
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in mental health or counseling
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and case management
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Experience with telehealth tools and EHR systems
