Position: Full-Time

Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an LCSW to deliver virtual mental health services across Utah. This position centers on clinical assessments, therapy sessions, and ongoing client support. You will help clients understand their challenges, build strategies, and work toward stability and improved functioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth counseling sessions using secure platforms
• Conduct client assessments and gather relevant history
• Build treatment plans with clear goals and action steps
• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on client needs
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation
• Track progress and modify treatment approaches when needed
• Communicate with care partners for coordinated support

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Active LCSW license in Utah
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in mental health or counseling
• Strong understanding of treatment planning and case management
• Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
• Experience with telehealth tools and EHR systems
