We're growing fast and looking for a dynamic Marketing Product Manager who can bridge the gap between product innovation and market success.
Position Summary
As Monnit's Marketing Product Manager, you'll play a key role in defining, positioning, and promoting our IoT products. You'll partner closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, craft compelling product messaging, and ensure our solutions are successfully launched and adopted in target markets.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You'll help shape product roadmaps, define market segments, and empower our sales organization with the right tools, training, and content to win in a competitive global market.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with sales and marketing teams to position Monnit's IoT products across diverse industries and customer segments.

Define target personas, value propositions, and desired customer profiles for each product and market.

Create and refine product roadmaps, definitions, and specifications in collaboration with the product management team.

Develop and deliver compelling product messaging, positioning, and use cases for both new and existing products.

Lead and manage go-to-market (GTM) activities for product launches, including sales tools, collateral, and campaigns.

Build a complete suite of sales enablement materials-presentations, data sheets, value prompters, and product guides.

Drive market share growth by developing targeted marketing plans, communications, and promotional strategies.

Collaborate with customers and partners to create case studies, references, and testimonials that showcase value.

Support thought leadership initiatives with solution content for marketing and sales campaigns.

Track and report on the impact of product marketing activities and GTM programs.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in product or marketing management (preferably in IoT, SaaS, or technology sectors).

Proven success in product strategy, positioning, and messaging-especially in driving visibility and demand.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical details into customer value.

Strong business acumen, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with search engine marketing (SEM), digital campaigns, or technical product launches is a plus.
