Newscast Director

• Use Ross Overdrive automation and iNews production software to code and direct any assigned newscast and productions
• Provide leadership for production crew daily during newscasts
• Learning to build new elements on the Ross switcher and custom controls in Caprica
• Maintain production studio and control room
• Perform other tasks in production as assigned

• Knowledge of production standards and equipment
• Ability to clearly give direction to crew while under pressure
• Typing and good spelling skills necessary
• Ability to read and write, college degree preferred
