Description

Base Pay: 80 percent Full-Time Equivalent (FTE), which is $62,500, with additional performance pay available for total potential earnings up to $75,000.

Program Cost: The residency program is funded by MLPT and is viewed as an investment in the future of the company and profession at large, there are no tuition costs.

The Program and The Company

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is a private practice leading the nation in advancing musculoskeletal care. Our Orthopedic Residency provides practicing clinicians advanced orthopedic education and 1:1 clinical mentorship to develop highly skilled, evidence-based practitioners and future leaders in the profession.


As a resident, you will integrate best evidence into patient care, collaborate with experienced mentors, and prepare to sit for the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) examination through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS).
