Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesÂ
Responsible for coordinating, supporting, and administering a broad spectrum of human resources initiatives including:Â Â
Â
- Validate and send EOS reports.Â
- Completes and signs off on all paperwork completed on shift each day.Â
- Review paperwork of teammates to ensure it is being done completely and correctly.Â
- Assists in planning daily production schedule with Processing Manager & Production Planner.Â
- Escalates all issues to the Processing Manager and shift Supervisors.Â
- Gives tours to visitors and new hires.Â
- Walks lines when sending product to ensure no leaks or spills have occurred.Â
- Trains new team leads, Processing Technicians, & Processing Trainees.Â
- Reports/follows up on incidents (safety, quality, equipment, etc.)Â
- Coordinates and leads all rework and reconditioning projects for area of responsibility.Â
- Delegates tasks to team members.Â
- Participate in required DDS meetings.Â
- Meet with oncoming Team Lead before shift to perform a GIMBA/safety walk of the plant to identify and correct any issues remaining from off going shift. (CLEANLINESS, QUALITY, EQUIPMENT ISSUES, SUPPLY STOCKED, ETC.)Â
- Direct development of employees on team.Â
- Understand and follow CILT (Clean, Inspect, Lube, and Tighten) and Centerlines on assigned equipment.Â
- Can lead and complete tasks on MSS sheets.Â
- Always wears all required PPE in all production areas.Â
- Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.Â
- Communicate any issues and solutions to next shift.Â
- Read and follow production schedule.Â
- Cleaning of all equipment using CIP systems.Â
- Communication of issues with co-workers, maintenance technicians and Manager.Â
- Operate computer systems needed to run production.Â
- Comply with all quality policies and procedures, including Good Manufacturing PracticesÂ
- Other duties as required.Â
- Demonstrate ability to run and troubleshoot JCS systems.Â
- Demonstrates mastery of HMIÂ
- Understands how to operate GEA Separators and make necessary adjustments on the fly as well as troubleshooting of problems.Â
- Demonstrates ability to receive milk tankers when they arrive at the plant.Â
- Demonstrates ability to do necessary lab testing on milk tankers when they arrive to the plant.Â
- Demonstrates how to centerline machines.Â
- Demonstrates a knowledge of how to evaluate milk samples in various phases of production and ensure products are within specifications.Â
- Demonstrates operation of batching products and ensure accuracy of ingredients added to each batch.Â
- Demonstrates ability to use the SAP program to perform daily confirmation transactions.Â
- Other duties as required.Â

Education and Experience
- Minimum 1 year of related work
Computer SkillsÂ
Software including Microsoft Office Suite (included advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel), and Microsoft 2013.
