Production Operator, Day Shift 

About the Role

Bridor is seeking dependable and safety-focused Production Operators to join our growing Salt Lake City production team. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production equipment, ensuring product quality, maintaining accurate production records, and supporting efficient manufacturing operations in a fast-paced food production environment.

Schedule

Training Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Schedule may vary based on training and operational needs

Regular Production Schedule

• Monday – Wednesday
• Three 12.5-hour shifts per week

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate and monitor production machinery and automated equipment
• Perform machine start-up, adjustments, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting
• Identify and communicate equipment, quality, or production issues to leadership and maintenance teams
• Accurately complete production reporting, downtime tracking, and digital documentation using computer systems
• Maintain product quality standards and follow all food safety and GMP procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and audit-ready
• Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Work collaboratively with production, maintenance, and quality teams

Requirements

• Ability to read, speak, and comprehend English effectively required
• Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate production software, enter data accurately, and complete digital documentation
• Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot routine mechanical or operational issues independently
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and food safety standards
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive physical tasks as needed
• SAP ERP experience highly preferred
