This position supports the development and implementation of a program or project to improve operations and/or patient care and plays an important role in the day-to-day activities of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors the process and outcomes of the projects helping to ensure the project is on schedule.
  • Provides administrative and logistical support.
  • Documents issues and decisions.
  • Assists in preparing proposals, reports and documents regarding project.
  • Participates in staffing needs and resources for the project.
  • Reviews monthly budget statements to ensure that the program/project has the funds needed for continuation.
  • May perform basic project management functions.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a clinical field, business or equivalency.
  • One year of related experience.

Qualifications (Preferred)

Preferred

  • Experience in management or coordination, training, quality assurance, team building, program development and evaluation.
