Position Summary
The Enrollment Management Communications intern provides a Westminster student with a semester-long opportunity to work alongside the Enrollment Management Communications team creating effective messaging to prospective students. In addition to a long-term project, duties will include the following: generating Instagram content for the Westminster admissions page, editing and creating content geared toward prospective students, developing Enrollment Management communications knowledge, and assisting staff in daily office work when needed (preparing mailings, front desk coverage, etc.). The Enrollment Management Communications intern will receive communications mentorship and exposure to the communications team's role within an Enrollment Management context.

Primary Responsibilities
- In collaboration with the Enrollment Communications Coordinator, determine a long-term project for the semester (ex. expand on existing self-guided tour, rethink contents of packets sent to admitted students, collect interviews from professors and classmates)
- Assist in Instagram content creation for Westminster Admissions page
- Edit and create content when necessary, research on Westminster website to assist in maintaining accuracy in content
- Assist in printing and mailing content to prospective students, including admitted student packets, graduate inquiry folders, etc.
