What you will do  Â
Perform service and repairs on Portable Fire Extinguishers, Kitchen Hood Systems & Suppression Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites. Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Simplex and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products. You will work with clean agent systems, dry chemical systems, and special hazards.

Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Â
Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service. Â Â
Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.

1+ years of experience
Excellent communication and organizational skillsÂ
Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skillsÂ
PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and OutlookÂ
FEL-A
PreferredÂ
Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChemÂ
RMEI and preferred Multi License
Valid US driver’s licenseÂ
HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $22-29 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
