Role Summary

Crimson Brand Partners is looking for a Ticket Sales & Service Coordinator to provide essential operational and administrative support across our Ticket Sales & Service department. This role sits at the intersection of event execution, internal process management, and sales staff support — playing a critical part in ensuring the department runs efficiently both in the office and on event days. This position is ideal for an organized, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at managing multiple priorities, and has a genuine passion for sports and live events. You will work closely with the Chief Ticketing Officer and the broader sales team to support revenue-generating initiatives and deliver a best-in-class experience for our fans and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Event Management & Game Day Operations: Serve as a primary point of contact for event-day ticket operations, coordinating logistics across departments to ensure seamless execution. Manage will call, ticket distribution, and on-site issue resolution for all home events. Assist with the setup, breakdown, and staffing of pre-event activations, group experiences, and premium touchpoints. Support the supervision of temporary event staff and game day personnel as needed.
  • Internal Processes & Systems: Maintain accuracy and integrity of all ticketing systems, including daily audits of event builds, pricing updates, inventory management, and account setup. Identify and implement opportunities to improve, streamline, and simplify departmental workflows. Manage and process complimentary and corporate ticket accounts. Produce daily and weekly sales and financial reports for leadership, including deposits, payment summaries, and inventory reconciliations. Monitor and respond to inquiries in the department's designated inboxes in a timely manner.
  • Sales Staff Support: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales and service team, including account managers, group sales representatives, and inside sales staff. Assist with the preparation of sales materials, proposals, and client-facing communications. Support CRM data entry, pipeline maintenance, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of leads, accounts, and revenue. Coordinate fulfillment of client benefits, group leader rewards, and season ticket member perks. Assist in onboarding and training new sales staff on internal systems, platforms, and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a ticket sales, ticket operations, or live event environment. Prior experience with a professional or collegiate sports organization is a strong plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel). Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar) and ticketing systems (Ticketmaster/Archtics or similar) preferred.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with fans, clients, vendors, and internal staff.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays for home events and other organizational obligations.
