WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Our Senior Living RN - Health Director is in charge of our nursing operations and medication administration, and you skillfully lead your care team in appropriately meeting our residents' medical needs. To succeed, you'll need to be detail-oriented, communicative, and able to mentor others as needed. Here's a closer look at your responsibilities:

• Lead morning team huddles and check in on residents to see how they're doing
• Supervise and coach nurses, caregivers, and medication technicians
• Coordinate with doctors, residents, and their families
• Review and update treatment plans
• Make medical appointments
• Oversee medication administration
• Assist with nursing duties as needed
• Foster open and consistent communication amongst all team members and healthcare staff

Our Senior Living RN - Health Director earns a starting salary of $85,000/year (depending on experience), receives a $500 sign-on bonus, and enjoys excellent benefits and perks like:

As for the schedule, you'll work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm with some on-call as needed.

• Registered Nurse license
