Hybrid Work Schedule: Monday thru Wednesday in office with option to work remote on Thursday and Friday.

SUMMARY

At O.C. Tanner we create the tech, tools and awards that connect employees to purpose at thousands of companies. Join us as we help people all over the world thrive at work. We are currently hiring for a Client Success Program Support Specialist. In this position you are responsible for ensuring that our programs are configured and maintained to meet the needs of our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Gain full understanding of O.C. Tanner technology to maintain and support configuration and updates to anniversaries program catalog merchandise and pricing.

  • Maintain award catalog merchandise within defined budget and pricing requirements.

  • Manage the on-going maintenance of obsolete product on recognition programs.

  • Process a catalog program support requests from a large client base via a ticketing system, prioritizing work based on pre-defined parameters.

  • Question requests that appear to conflict with processes or company business rules.

  • Interpret requests to ensure clear understanding of expected outcomes and communicate with Program Manager as needed to gain clarifications.

  • Provide clear updates regarding status, delays, and completion of requests to ensure a positive client experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Must have solid judgment, time management

  • Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and quickly adapt to changes in priorities.

  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and work constructively and cooperatively as a team member.

  • Advanced knowledge of related software applications (Excel, SAP, CRM, JIRA)

  • Strong analytical abilities with a high degree of accuracy

  • Aptitude for auditing for correct budget and pricing

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter with a strong sense of accountability and proven initiative

  • Other duties may be assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma required with relevant work experience. Computer experience with developed working knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
