We are currently seeking a Caregiver for a male client scheduled Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (approximately 20 hours per week). This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a meaningful impact.
Spanish/English bilingual preferred to best support the client's communication needs.

Responsibilities
As a Caregiver at Right at Home SLC, you will provide one‑on‑one care that enhances the quality of life for our clients. Duties include companionship, assistance with personal hygiene (peri‑care, bathroom or in‑bed support, brief changes), light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments or outings, and medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact during morning hours.
Benefits

Competitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour

Raises after 60 days and annual reviews

Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)

Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)

Qualifications

Must be 18 or older

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Able to pass a background check

Experience with dementia and behavioral care

Experience with hoyer lifts and gait belts (preferred)
