Coordinator, Registration Systems and Curriculum
Reports to: Associate Registrar
Total Base Pay Range: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour

The Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate course scheduling, catalog integrity, and smooth academic transitions during a major student information system implementation.
This part-time position (28 hours per week) is expected to last through December 2027. Most of the work will be done in person at the Salt Lake City campus, but planned remote work is permissible.
Requirements for Employment Eligibility:
Membership in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Worthiness to hold and be worthy to hold a current temple recommend
Receive clearance from the Church Educational System Ecclesiastical Clearance Office
Strict adherence to company policies and procedures
Commitment to bring about the purposes of Ensign College
Reside in Utah and be able to work in person at our downtown Salt Lake City campus
Minimum Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent completed coursework
2 years of related work experience
Excellent verbal, written, and cross-cultural communication skills
Ability to acquire and maintain working knowledge of college policies and student information systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in student registration or advising
Knowledge of PeopleSoft, the college’s current student information system (SIS)
Knowledge of Coursedog
Essential Job Functions:
Manage the course scheduling process, including collaboration with Academic Deans and Program Chairs regarding course offerings, classroom needs, and use of the scheduling system (Coursedog)
Attend monthly curriculum meetings to stay informed of upcoming academic catalog changes and provide input for new initiatives as needed
Program curriculum changes in PeopleSoft, including programming prerequisites, degree audit coding, and creation or updates of programs of study
Skills & Abilities:
Strong attention to detail
Ability and willingness to learn new systems quickly
Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
