We are actively hiring a Production Associate for our plant in Salt Lake City, UT.

Pay Range: $17 - $19 DOE

Shift: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Duties & Responsibilities

Utilize routing and cutting machinery, such as Zünd and Summa cutters
Execute product finishing operations
Manage fabric transfer devices and hot knife instruments
Handle vinyl materials, encompassing cutting, weeding, and pre-masking
Diagnose equipment and production challenges as they occur
Assess and confirm the quality of printed images

Qualifications

Preferred qualifications include training from a technical college
A minimum of one year of experience in digital or large-format printing is preferred.
Experience in producing signs or graphics is preferred.
Candidates should possess both mechanical and artistic skills.
Attention to detail is essential.
Strong organizational abilities are necessary.
Experience as a machine operator is required.
The ability to effectively multitask is important.
A strong sense of color is crucial.
This rolle is in our Cut Vinyl Department. Any experience in cut vinyl is a nice-to-have skill.

Required Skills:

High School Diploma
Good reading comprehension skills
Basic proficiency in English is required. Reading, writing, and speaking.
Basic Computer skills, ex. Microsoft Outlook and Word documents, opening and closing tabs on the internet
